"I am the type of customer who likes to look before I jump. I believe that if I trawl the web long enough I will eventually end up with the right product at a price I can afford. Solar Systems USA however surprised me in this regard.
Rather than having to spend long hours comparing deals, the quote I got right away stood out for affordability in comparison to the next one in line.
But this was not all, by the time I had my first chat with Gary, I found a knowledgeable expert who had the answers I had and more.

"First time buyer of solar panels. Initially very concerned about doing business with anyone but it turned out to be a fantastic choice with Solar System USA!

My contact person was Gary. Every question I had was answered. He emailed follow up answers quickly as scheduling was also critical to me. He always treated my inquiries like that of a good friend. Called him to verify funds by wire and shopping schedule.


Delivery schedule was a concern as I had to plan a lengthy trip to pick them up in the states and Gary was there to help me each time. Best online experience I have ever had and that is why I am so satisfied to write this review.

My Big Three Criteria were: Price, Quality, and Delivery. As I no longer live in the states, the help Gary provided to me was beyond my expectations.

The price was the best I found thanks to Gary. Price per watt was where we started. Then he recommended the quality of Renogy 235 Watt Poly Solar Panels. They are heavy [approx 52 #s each] as well as the Fronius Inverters I purchased, so I took my trailer to load them into for the return to Los Cabos.

The delivery was on time as scheduled....what a relief! They arrived in excellent condition and are strong and durable. Made the 1,000 mile return trip with no problems.

My installer even commented on the quality and price I received. System installation should be completed next week to start the savings as power costs are rising...but not any longer for me.

An entirely new experience for me with this technology that will now make a big difference in performance and thanks to Gary my Payback Period will be no more than 4.5 years on this investment.

Best business experience I have had in a long time! Highly recommend this company, and Gary, to anyone and I will be sharing the news with my friends in Los Cabos as well."
